The above rate,  plus Court's filing fees of approx. $80.00 to $87.50,   is for Fulton, Cobb,  DeKalb, and Gwinnett Counties.  

Other surrounding Counties start at $585 plus Filing Fees.

Several options are available for the initial consultation. With $400 down,   all documents are drafted and ready for pickup within a few days.   The Divorce is filed with the appropriate Court upon receipt of the signed documents with the balance of payment.   Minimum waiting period is 31 days after filing.

I was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and I have been serving the metro Atlanta area since December 1991.   Starting out in the General Practice of Law,   I found myself practicing primarily in the Domestic Law Area.   In 1994 I focused and updated my practice in Domestic Law and have concentrated my efforts to Divorces,  Modifications,  and Contempt's.    Having first hand experience on both contested and uncontested cases and witnessing the outcome of these cases,   I decided to limit my practice to uncontested cases.   It is my true belief that all parties are better served when both spouses agree to resolving their differences amicably.
